the bed in the wonky room was incredibly comfortable and there was plenty of space for all my belongings. the owners were warm and helpful, suggesting a gorgeous morning run along a nearby river. the complimentary breakfast was fantastic, with a wide array of options. I also enjoyed relaxing in the lounge and garden. the location was conveniently close to Sidmouth and offered a lovely walk to the seafront.
Finding the parking initially was a bit tricky, but a small sign on the front door and gate would have been helpful.

We had a great value for our money at the Farmhouse Cottage. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Devon, with lovely walks nearby. The staff, especially Rob and Sandra, were friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
The breakfast offerings could be improved by ensuring the toast stays hot for longer.

I had a lovely stay at a charming thatched cottage in Sidmouth. The owners were incredibly friendly and made sure that everything was spotlessly clean. The family room I stayed in was bright and airy, providing a comfortable night's sleep. Despite accidentally missing breakfast, the owner kindly offered to make us tea and toast before we left. it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at Farmhouse Cottage, and I would highly recommend this cozy and welcoming B&B.

14th-century cottage exceeded expectations with helpful hosts. Plentiful, well-cooked breakfast, clean, comfortable rooms. Separate sitting room a bonus. On-site parking a plus.

Lovely pretty thatched cottage with small garden. Comfortable beds and very clean. Sandy was very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast she cooked was delicious. The early evening 30 min stroll into Sidmouth by the river through the park was very peaceful and we saw lots of wildlife.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely stop off on our way to Cornwall. Friendly owner, spotlessly clean accommodation, light and airy family room, kind offer of tea and toast when we missed breakfast. Pleasant stay, highly recommend this small but comfortable B&B. Good, well-cooked and plentiful breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Separate sitting room a bonus. On-site parking very welcome.
